Ffs...

An issue with the R1 Shadowhunter weapon appearing earlier than planned in Warzone and Black Ops Cold War has been resolved.
Refunds are planned for players who purchased the bundle while it was live in the Store, and the bundle and in-game challenge will return at a later date.

Unlock Progress: Players who previously unlocked the R1 Shadowhunter will be placed at 14 / 15 match completions due to technical limitations with player inventories. This compromise will allow us to adjust inventories appropriately and establish a path of least resistance to obtain the R1 Shadowhunter when it is ready at a later date.
Players who began the unlock process, but did not obtain the R1 Shadowhunter, will retain their previous challenge progress.

MAR. 25, 2021 PATCH NOTES
R1 SHADOWHUNTER + NUCLEAR APOCALYPSE
Yesterday, the R1 Shadowhunter crossbow officially launched in Black Ops Cold War as Season Two’s fifth new weapon, with the upcoming ZRG 20mm sniper rifle arriving later in the season to round out the full arsenal.

Today, we’re launching the brand-new Nuclear Apocalypse playlist to take us into this weekend’s Triple-Double XP event! Jump into a mix of TDM, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Hardpoint on Nuketown ’84 and Apocalypse for non-stop, close-quarters action all weekend long.

Snipers Only Moshpit also returns this week, and fan-favorites like Stockpile, Gun Game, Gunfight, Face Off, and Nuketown 24/7 are front-and-center in this week’s Featured Playlists.

Starting next week, the action gets even hotter...

MID-SEASON UPDATE INCOMING
With all the new ways to play 6v6, 2v2, and 3v3 in MP, along with the launch of Outbreak, 56 new Skill Tiers in Zombies, new Dead Ops Arcade updates, five new weapons, 40 new Season Challenges, and 100 Tiers of Battle Pass content, there’s been something new to enjoy every week since Season Two kicked off. And that was just the first half.

Next week’s mid-season update will bring more new content to Multiplayer and Zombies, including Miami Strike (6v6), Mansion (2v2 and 3v3), and Golova (Multi-Team) in MP, the massive new nighttime Sanatorium region in Outbreak, and much more. Head over to Twitter to preview all three upcoming MP maps this week.

We’ve also got a new weapon tuning pass coming to Multiplayer as part of the mid-season update, including LMG adjustments and tuning for the LC10, AK-74u, MAC-10, KSP 45, Milano 821, Krig 6, FFAR 1, Groza, Magnum, RPG-7, and more. A complete recoil balance pass on assault rifles and SMG attachments will also be included, as well as a buff to launcher damage against enemies with Flak Jacket in Hardcore.

There’s plenty more coming in our mid-season update, including the return of Prop Hunt with new maps and props added to the rotation, so keep an eye out for the official roadmap and full patch notes early next week.

TRIPLE-DOUBLE XP WEEKEND
To make sure everyone’s warmed up and ready to drop into the second half of Season Two, we’re kicking off a Triple-Double Weekend in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone starting at 10AM PT Friday, featuring Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass XP!

The first squad to reach 1,000 points wins the match.

Choose up to three Calling Cards to display in your Showcase, now available in the Player Identity menu at the Barracks.
Set as Favorite
Players can now use the “Set as Favorite” option in Create-a-Class to designate a target class for the Quick Equip feature. Weapons equipped through Quick Equip will automatically appear in this class.
Player Inspect in Lobby
Players can now inspect other players’ Operator models while in the Lobby.

250 Mb update:

Features
Gunsmith Customs
Players can now mix-and-match attachments from Weapon Blueprints of the same weapon type to create new Blueprints with Gunsmith Customs.
Create your own custom Blueprints in Create-a-Class, name and same your creations via Custom Mods, and take them into your next match in Multiplayer or Zombies.
Players can create up to 10 custom Blueprints per weapon.

NB. In create-a-class, attachments - after making a change press Num 1 to name, save/update.

To select a custom mod weapon, choose your weapon, there is now a choice between Armoury - default blueprints and Custom - your modded blueprints (as well as Store options).

I've found that the first time you save a custom mod, you need to exit the weapon then select it from the Custom options to ensure it's the correct mod.



Operators
Rivas
Rivas Operator bundle now available in the Store in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.

ZOMBIES
Dead Ops Arcade 3
Gameplay
Additional XP adjustments.
Adjustment to boss selection in Room of Judgment for Solo adventurers.
Addressed an issue in Room of Judgment sequence where bosses were getting auto-killed before the timer expired.

Update: the Gunsmith Customs feature is back online.

Players can mix & match attachments from Blueprints of the same weapon type in Create-a-Class as intended.

The Custom Mods menu will be re-enabled in an upcoming update to allow for naming and saving new Blueprint creations.
