Yes.
Is it a media kb? Does it have dual purpose keys?

Mine has specific additional media keys.

Um. I updated yesterday and it says I'm now up to date.

When I press tab I get Windows Explorer.

So eh?

Okay try this :-

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down
Click Keyboards
Click Run the Troubleshooter

See if it fixes it.

Tried it, but no luck.

I've noticed that I have more keybinds - my "1" key increases volume, and shift + "A" gives me tilda. Great.

What browser are you using? Chrome might be controlling the keys:-

In Chrome, type or paste the following into the search bar and press enter: Chrome:/Flags
Type "media key" into the search bar of the new page
Toggle the drop-down from "Default" to "Disabled"

Don't use Chrome, Vill.

However, I've fixed it..... by changing the keyboard from PS2 to USB. Odd.

PS2?! I know you're getting on a bit, but that went out with CRT monitors and floppy disks.
