Click on Yes if you get the error, Go into Settings and a few sub-settings then exit setting and check that you still have the unlocks. There has been another update which should fix this.

Weapon Tuning currently disabled:
Twitter - Infinity Ward @InfinityWard
"We are disabling attachment tuning until further notice to investigate crashes for users with 5 attachments tuned.
If you currently have a tuned attachment equipped, you will need to unequip and reequip it to use your loadout."
NB. Don't forget the two weapon blueprints you probably unlocked playing the beta:
Pistol - X13 - Side Impact
AR - TAQ-56 - Frontal Impact
Check the Weapon, Armoury.

Fix yesterday:
The following changes are now live in #MWII after an update:
- Temporarily disabling the bipod mount
- Fixed care package bug in Hardpoint
- Fixed bug for missing killstreaks or perk in-match

If you bought the Vault edition, but NOT in-game, rather from the Battlenet app or Steam app, then you missed out on 10 2XP and 10 2X Weapon XP. However, Activision is giving out the token to every owner of the Vault edition:  Also:"The attachment tuning feature has just been re-enabled.
